Maybe some would say there's no difference between the two. Nevertheless, the end of the year is a time when I reflect on the past 365 days, and ask myself, "How can I be a more effective _______?" (fill in the blank). The answers become my goals. Still, I make them few and broad. As the year progresses, the details will take are of themselves. I don't achieve them all, nor, do I really expect to.
